I would say this cheapest apartments near csuf... moreover this is one of the oldest apartments near CSUF... I have been in this apartment for 2 years 6 months. There are good and bad about this apartment, bad is that the bathroom doesn't have a lock... when sharing its difficult.... and kitchen interiors is not modern... the good about this is that management and maintenance guys(nacho) they are friendly... Moreover I always felt it as home...
