Heritage Creek is a new luxury assisted living home in San Antonio, Texas. The facility is family-owned and operated with the goal to make everyone feel at home. We provide a beautiful, loving, safe, compassionate, healthy and comfortable stay for each resident while supporting families during the transition.
Keeping the families and friends of our residents involved in our program is what makes Heritage Creek Assisted Living special. We've developed our lobby and visiting area to be a welcoming and comfortable place for those coming in to see their loved ones. We have friendly staff at the front desk to welcome you into our home, and comfortable seating areas for you to visit with your loved ones.
Our doors are open for you. We give a full tour of our facility where you can meet the staff, ask questions and get familiar with the community. This is a great introduction in a laid-back setting for potential residents to get all the information needed to make an informed decision for themselves or loved ones.

This facility is awesome. Well maintained, spotlessly clean, and the owners & Staff are excellent at their jobs.
My 100+ year old grandmother lived here for a few years. She was ALWAYS clean and dressed, her room was ALWAYS spotless and I could tell by her demeanor that she was happy and healthy.
I would recommend Heritage Creek to anyone!

My grandma was here. The afternoon med tech was so mean when I ask her questions. But other than that, all of them are so nice, I appreciated all of the aides that took care of my grandma, specially keya eunice chantelle and ashleigh. They work so hard, they do their best and very caring aides. They make sure that you are love comfortable and they treat you as a family! I highly recommend this place
