I manage a local Kwik Trip in Sun Prairie. This afternoon the line for our air pump was frozen and a guest was unable to fill their tires. Your driver Adam was at our store at the time and did not hesitate to offer his help. He pulled his truck over and filled their tires for them. I appreciate him going out of his way to help our guest. His service was kind, professional and definitely went above and beyond. He certainly is Dane County’s Finest.

This is a predatory towing company. They run their business like a scam. I parked my truck in an apartment lot to visit a friend. The lot was basically empty and did not have any reserved spots. I found out later that there was a sign on the lot that said I needed a permit. However, it was clear that I was not in anyone’s reserved spot and the lot had many spaces available. I was inside for 2 hours and came out to find my brand new truck gone. I called them and they said I owed $355 dollars to get my truck out of impound. Also, they told me I had to wait until the next day. It’s extremely sad

Would recommend Prairie Land Towing every time! Called 3 different towing companies in the area this morning and every single one was "too busy" Got right through to Prairie Land's receptionist. She was friendly over the phone. Adam was at my car within 20 minutes. Super helpful and ended up saving me time and a lot of money by his expertise and willingness to help and not just make money. Very professional and very friendly guy!

It would seem to the average person, I'm included in that statement, that reviewing a tow truck company would be like recommending a toilet brush brand. You hate having to use it, but you're sure glad you did because when you're left looking at a pile of crud, it's there to fix the situation.
Well, Adam, my driver, doesn't fit any of the above analogies. He was clean, helpful and went the extra mile. Took my car there in sort of a pinch, and was pleased to find them willing to replace the clutch in my 07 Ford escape, unfortunately it took a month for them to finish, and as usual with this company, it was quite highly priced from the tow to the service, and very nice people, but poor communication, and I felt sort of put off by the service manager, as he never called me once in a month I had to initiate the calls for updates.
