I didn’t order a tow but I took a phone call from a lady who was left stranded at a closed gas station in the middle of the night (2:00am) by a university tow truck driver. I spoke with their dispatcher on her behalf who stated that she was lying and the gas station was open. I did a quick google search, and the gas station had been closed for 4 hrs already. So not sure if the dispatcher lied to me or if his driver lied to him. But either way University Towing lies and left a woman stranded and essentially blamed her because she was trying to call family members to send her money to pay for the

Traveling home from Milwaukee to Eau Claire, I broke down on I-94 in the Madison area on a Sunday afternoon. I limped my car to an exit ramp. My son came from Eau Claire and we couldn't get it going. We went back to Eau Claire intending to return the next morning with a tow dolly. I contacted State Patrol and they said that I needed to get the car off of the ramp that day. I called University Towing Service. They agreed to go out that evening, pick up my car and store it in their yard until the next morning. They did this for a very reasonable price. I needed a Emergency tow last Tuesday EVENING from Interstate 94 in Madison and I called University Towing Services. The response was VERY quick and Kerry the driver was OUTSTANDING!! His help was FANTASTIC, VERY PROFESSIONAL and CARING. He towed my car to the closest dealership and even helped me find the after hours vehicle drop off form.
I would RECOMMEND this towing company over anyone. The service was FLAWLESS!!!

After being in an accident on the interstate around rush hour, we needed to be towed in order to get our vehicle in a functioning state. The Wisconsin State Patrol called in a tow truck for us. Kerry from University Towing was AMAZING!! He was "on it"! He took care of things we overlooked, extremely helpful, kind, caring, compassionate and fully aware of the situation.
