Services
At Primary Care of Orange City we offer regular and preventive care to our patients. Primary Care of Orange City's providers can also provide various medical procedures such as blood work, EKG services, pap smears, colon cancer screenings and medications, and our providers can provide immunizations, physicals, and well-woman care.
He has been working with children and adults ever since in a variety of settings in the primary care office, urgent care centers as well as home visits. John's passion for healthcare for all has led him to open Primary Care of Orange City in the hopes of providing health care to all people of all ages whether they have insurance or not.
Do not pay the high cost of healthcare anymore, our monthly fee through the medical assurance plan is $65 a month for an individual or $150 per month for a family of 3 or more, which is paid on enrollment and is recurring on the first of each month thereafter. Our Medical Assurance Plan members will receive a yearly exam, and if needed, up to two office visits free of charge each month for healthcare.
