Platinum Homecare is a family run business owned by Heather and Kevin Kelly. Our mission is to provide the "highest standard" of individualized Home Health Care, while also promoting independence and enriching quality of life. Heather Kelly RN, is our Administrator and Director of Nursing and has been working in the Home Healthcare Business for the past 20 years in both skilled and private duty.
All of our Caregivers are highly trained, experienced and very reliable. They are all required to have proper credentials and education and are also required to pass an extensive background screening through local and FBI databases.

This past October I was needing to find a company that could meet the needs of my 95 year old mom. The previous companies struggled in finding someone we could count on. After having a couple of conversations with Heather, the owner, I knew I could count on her and the staff to relieve my anxiety and take care of my mom. Heather listened to our needs and came through with a caregiver who was compassionate, skilled and has been dependable. When a substitute was needed Heather came through again. What a relief! I had a very positive experience with the staff as well as the administration of Platinum Homecare. My elderly aunt was in need of assistance for daily routines and personal hygiene tasks. She was not always receptive to help and the management at Platinum assured me that they could provide the help that she needed. They exceeded my expectations and in the course of my dealings with the company I had the pleasure of meeting 3 different caregivers, all of whom were extremely proficient as well as friendly and compassionate. I give this company my highest recommendation.

Platinum Homecare has been there for my husband and I when we needed extra help to take care of my mother-in-law. We can't imagine what we would do without their support. From the moment we spoke to Heather, the owner, to the lady in the office that handles the schedule, to the caregivers who helped out, we are deeply grateful. Platinum Homecare has ALWAYS been exceptional over the 5+ years they assisted in caring for a very special elderly lady. I served as her power of attorney and was fortunate to find Platinum Homecare. Heather and her staff helped my mother through a difficult time at her memory care facility until we could move her to a more appropriate setting. With almost no notice Heather staffed the shifts during the middle of the holidays and in the height of Covid. If the need arises again we will certainly call on Platinum Homecare LLC.

Our family needed to find overnight private duty home care on very short notice for my father in law. I contacted multiple home care companies and Platinum was able to provide us with exactly what we needed. They accommodated us with the hours we wanted as well as made sure the staff they were sending had a recent negative covid test. Their caretakers were punctual each evening and ensured my father in law was well cared for. The office always responded to our requests quickly if we needed to make any changes. I would definitely recommend Platinum Home Care based on our experience.
