I’ve had some troubles with multiple types of doctors always switching my prescriptions or dosage when I felt they were just perfect for me but they always disregarded my opinion. I wanted to keep my extended wear lenses but instead of giving me no choice but to switch, he gave me a explanation that even though they will very soon not be manufactured he will continue prescribe them. I made the switch based on his explanation & opinion of them. Let’s not forget his extremely detailed answers to all my questions. Normally doctors give me basic answers that don’t really help with my concern

I went to take my kids here for their annual eye exam and to get some new glasses. While the front staff was following COVID-19 protocols, the doctor conducting the eye exams (Dr. William Philbrick) did not. He states to his staff that he refuses to wear a mask due to some study presented to him at a conference he attended. It doesn't matter what study or conference you attended - the Governor mandated wearing masks in public and public-facing businesses. Not only that, but then he tells my children to take off their masks when conducting the exam. A board-licensed doctor essentially asked a child

I have lived in Fayetteville my entire life and this office is by far THE BEST office I've ever been to. Dr. Philbrick is amazing! He took every bit of his time to make sure that my prescription was indeed the best for my vision issues. He went into complete detail about every concern I was having and even fully explained everything when he went over my retinal images. The Staff is also amazing! They were so friendly and helpful when it was time to generate my insurance benefits and went above and beyond to help me with picking out my glasses.
