I hired NWP Heating and air to replace two wall gas heaters, and I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and responsive they were! Cesar replied to every message I sent in a timely manner and was able to take care of my heaters in less than a day with a very short notice. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely go back to them if I ever need any AC work in the future.

I am VERY happy with the installation of my new heater and AC units! NWP did a fantastic job! They were on time, courteous, respectful of property. They left everything very clean. They take us through maintenance and made sure we were satisfied before wrapping up. I can't say how much I appreciate their professionalism and assistance in getting this job done! 5 stars. Absolutely pleased with their professional service and great pricing, the company sent one of their experts technicians which was able to determine cost for repairs vs. a new AC unit, I did more research afterwords and determined a new AC unit was the way to go, the office scheduled me for install in timely manner and now here I’m enjoying my new AC unit, today is 107 out there but it feels so nice with our new AC unit inside the house, I will absolutely recommend NWP to my family and friends!

I have used NWP several times in the past on my previous home. When we moved back to the bay area into our rental home, I contacted them to come and do a tune up of the HVAC system. The came within a day and the owner Cesar also came with the technicians. As it turned out the AC was leaking fluid. After talking with Cesar, we decided to put in a new HVAC system since the one in place was 12 years old. Cesar gave a great bundled price with a much more energy efficient rating. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TBEY ARE HORRIBLE READ ON TO SEE WHY.. THEY Came to evaluate & diagnose the central air unit at the house & told us nothing was wrong its working how it should well if thats the case why can't we get our AC lower than 80° & why won't the fan even blow air through the vents yesterday the temp in our house was 83° downstairs & 90° upstairs we know have to spend more money to have another company come diagnose the Central Air System. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE LAZY & WILL FAIL TO SPEND THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TIME DIAGNOSING & GETTING TO THE BOTTOM

Labor Day holiday, 102 degrees in Vallejo, our a/c STOPPED. Cesar from NWP Heating & Air saved us with excellent, prompt service repairing our

During extreme heat last week I called NWP about a broken air conditioner. I had used them before several years ago. I expected to be told they were booked out for weeks. To cut a long story short they arrived later that day and took care of the problem in the spot. We have three AC units, all older than 14 yrs old. I was very impressed that Cesar and his companion and remembered Cesar from last time. Thank you NWP for fixing our AC during the heat. I will definitely call them next time we have a problem.

This company is outstanding. We first used them in 2011 to install a gas heater. After installing solar panels we converted to an electric heat pump. Cesar the owner was polite and delivered what he promised. The workers were efficient and fast. They cleaned everything up when finished. This company is family owned. I love supporting small businesses like this and hope you will too.

NWP installed a new furnace in my home. The job was "completed" in early October, when they demanded the final payment. I asked if they had received approval on the final inspection for the permit, and they assured me they had. In February, while at the Permit Office in Vallejo, I was informed that I still had an open permit with them, that they had not had the final inspection. That permit will soon expire, if it has not already. By that time, one of the ducts they had installed had fallen down and torn; the wires leading to the thermostat had also fallen down across the door. I called

I made two appointments with NWP and they did not show up to either appointment. Not only did they not show up but the first time they did not call until well after the appointment window and the second time I had to call to ask if they were going to make it and they said no and offered to come the next day but the world does not work like that, my wife and I made time out of our work schedule to make sure someone would be home during the appointment window twice and they did not show up! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
