Fullett Swanson PC represents hundreds of Illinois community associations. Our association clients include residential and commercial condominium associations, townhome associations, homeowners associations and cooperatives. The attorneys in the firm frequently author and are quoted in articles on community association issues and lecture in this area of the law.
The firm's strength in representing community associations is based on translating our attorneys' experience into a practical and realistic approach for handling the issues confronting an association and its board. We encourage a high degree of client communication to follow a preventative law philosophy; if we can address a small problem at an early stage, it often will not become a larger, more expensive problem.

This collection agency lost our HOA thousands of dollars because it didn’t bother to verify that our Board took the proper steps before attempting to evict a homeowner from his unit in court via forceable entry and detainer. The homeowner won because Fullett Rosenlund Anderson was then and probably still is incompetent as a law firm. They’re a joke. Stay away.

I left the home due to a civil matter after retaining attorney Daniel Sinclair who did a fantastic job and continued to receive bills in the mail totaling over eight thousand dollars where they billed me two hundred and forty dollars for each reminder letter sent to my home to pay town home dues which I addressed with the Better Business Bureau and no longer receive these notices and are not responsible for the money they attempted to bill me for.
