Physical therapy is one of the most successful treatments for neck and back pain. Our practice focuses on the structures that support the spine and joints including muscles, tendons, and ligaments to make sure they are working property in unison to get to the core of neck and back pain.
We also work on a patient's posture and how they hold themselves because when a patient is in pain, they often compensate and hold themselves in one position that is less painful which throws the alignment of the body out and leads to more muscle or tendon pain. Our goals are to reduce your pain and stiffness and improve your range of motion.

Temporomandibular joint dysfunction can cause pain in and around your jaw. At The Holistic Healing Center, we can successfully treat your TMJ with non-surgical methods. The temporomandibular joint, often shortened to TMJ, is the joint that connects your jawbone to your skull. These joints act as sliding hinges to allow you to open and close your mouth and move your jaw from side to side, enabling you to talk, chew, and swallow, etc.
Our shoulders are real workhorses. Without realizing it, we expect a lot from them as we lift, hold, carry, press, and pull things during our daily activities. We may not think of our shoulders often, but they are very important to our overall strength and mobility. Your shoulder is not just a single joint, but consists of several joints that combine with muscles and tendons in a pulley system that provides rotation and stability.
Knee pain is one of the most common problems we encounter in our practice. People often neglect knee pain until it becomes unbearable. The first thing we do is evaluate the patient and find out where the pain is coming from. The two places knee pain originates from is either from the muscles surrounding the knee or from the muscles surrounding the hip joint.
