This place is a Scam! It steals from you. My mother has been robbed many times after working days through them, they don't pay the accurate hrs and days! She calls many times and talk to a woman name "Blanca" and she never does anything to help ,all she does is ignore her and never gets back to her. They always say that how come she didn't call them regarding the hrs she work, when they should have a record of that. This is very upsetting and should be illegal!!

i worked for 4 days in which they only paid 1 day and stop taking my calls and never text me back to fix the missing pay thats owed, really un professional not responsive, seriously needing a job is not worth going to them there are way better temp services out there and will actually pay you for your time worked.

Number 1 problem is they need to improve there unprofessional attitude and communication. There are lot of things I can point out but I do not have time for this. Also if you have a legal team and so do I. I never lost a case in a legal action so do not forget.

My mom Worked for them for 2 months they kept paying her short, she has 2 paychecks where she only received half the payment. She was never late and never missed a day. Leah stopped answering the phones and keeps avoiding her whenever She goes. Worst company to work for, don’t apply here

Coming from someone who depends on temps due to my background , they treat me better than any temp ive been with and I have truly grown a soft spot for them. This place has cheated my husband out of his money while having Covid. They said he gets 10 paid days they said business days not no Saturday included. So they didn’t pay him for 3 days that he had left there’s a girl there named lorena and she’s been bugging non stop asking if he’s got re-tested while being in quarantine for almost a week. Do NOT RECOMMEND

Worst temp service.. It takes weeks for your direct deposit to go through. The job i had with hello fresh, u can only pick up checks after 3:30.. When applied the job stated pay was 15-16 dollars but it was 13. And 13.50 for on the weekend, they stopped the weekend incentive without even telling you. The lowest paid temp at the job.. U making 13 while others making 14 and 15 on up when all doing the same work..

Over the last 5 months we have been through 4 different staffing agencies. I’ll admit I was skeptical when they first arrived to survey the facility. However they were really thorough with their questioning and were able to staff us with some high-quality team members during peak season on what I would consider short notice.
There is so many great things that came from partnering with Darby Day. I think the biggest thing that stands out is their level of engagement after assigning a new team member to our facilities. I say facilities because we now use them in three others in the DFW area.
