By eliminating the intimidation and distractions of a gym setting, Baehr Fitness affords clients the benefits of personal training in the privacy and convenience of their own home. All personal training programs are differentiated to meet the individual fitness and lifestyle needs of every client. Programs are designed using results of comprehensive strength, flexibility and postural assessments, in combination with the fitness and wellness goals.
At Baehr Fitness in home personal training we believe that it is not the equipment that creates results but rather an individual's drive, commitment and consistency that powers results. Baehr Fitness will utilize what you currently have, bring our own equipment and can advise clients on the purchase of a few small items if necessary.
If you are unable to commit to weekly appointments with a trainer, we offer customized exercise programs designed to meet your health and fitness needs. Following an initial health assessment, survey of your existing fitness equipment and goal setting consultation, our qualified trainers will customize an exercise program that's just right for you.
Online personal training assures you an effective and convenient workout IN HOME, AT WORK, or VIRTUALLY ANYWHERE. Too busy is no excuse, our online training offers convenient workouts which equals more consistent workouts. If you travel frequently, workout at home, at the office or live in a remote location, virtual training is more accessible than in person.
