We are now offering Virtual Classes, Outdoor Bootcamps, Private Studio Personal Training and At-Home Personal Training. We have adapted to be able to provide whatever service makes you feel most safe and comfortable.

All proper precautions are being put in to place as we continue to find Opportunities to Thrive during this time. We take a communal approach to wellness and when you join us, you don't simply become a client, you become a member of the tribe. Our team of trainers work with you to develop a customized approach rooted in your health and fitness goals while cultivating your sense of well-being from the inside out.

Mission Fitness in Glastonbury, CT isn't your typical gym, it's a family. We offer a variety of group fitness classes for people of all levels including fitness bootcamp, cardio kickboxing, and weight lifting and personal training. Our group fitness class schedule is designed around your busy life.
Fitness is a way of life for Matt, and he is dedicated to helping his clients of all fitness levels achieve their personal goals. As a CT personal trainer certified through American Fitness Professionals and Associates, he is committed to learning new techniques that will challenge his clients, and he is passionate about fitness and nutrition.
People just like you! MF is designed for all fitness levels: everyone at any age is encouraged to join us! You do not have to be an athlete or physically fit to start. We have a range of members, from those who have never worked out to those who are marathon runners. Everyone has individualized goals and is pushed at his/her own level and potential.
When you join Mission Fitness, you'll experience a better workout with supportive people who are interested in helping you achieve your goals. Often times when people join their local gym, they abandon it quickly because it's not challenging or designed to fit their unique needs.

I first came to Mission after looking for a motivating environment with group fitness classes and reading the awesome google reviews. I was not disappointed. I quickly became obsessed with Mission Fitness. The classes are challenging, but supportive. The trainers are awesome and keep us motivated, and the classes always have something new so you can't get bored. With a mixture of bootcamp, boxing, and power classes, you can ensure you are mixing it up. But the thing that makes Mission the best is the people. Mission Fitness is great! I’m fairly new to the gym and felt very welcomed the minute I walked in the door. Each trainer immediately asked me if there was any injuries or modifications They should be aware of. With each exercise they ensured everyone’s form is proper and throughout the class cheer on each person. The classes are challenging and each one is different, allowing you to go multiple days in a row and get a full body workout each day. I’ve enjoyed each class I’ve been to and look forward to going back each day!

I have taken classes at multiple gyms in Glastonbury... The atmosphere at Mission Fitness is so different - in the best way possible. Not only are the coaches friendly and encouraging, but the mood in the gym is always positive. Members are always cheerful. The gym is clean and organized. Classes are plentiful and diverse. I enjoy showing up and knowing that I will be sweating by the end of class. Location is central, parking is always available. I have only nice things to say about the place!

It has been almost a year of pure enjoyment coming to Mission Fitness for Boot Camps and Power classes. The work out partners that I have met are all amazing and the instructors are incredible! If you want to get in shape, and relieve some stress, just show up for any of the classes. Matt and all of the instructors will make you feel welcome and help you to become a braver, stronger more powerful version of yourself!

I joined Mission Fitness over 3 years ago. I started with some personal training to prep for a long distance cycling event. I also started classes in conjunction with the training and have never stopped. This place is addicting. They adjusted my workouts through two pregnancies and postpartum! If you want to make a bunch of great friends, be in a supportive environment and make a change for a new, healthy life then this is the place for you! The trainers are always aware during class, making sure everyone’s form is correct, preventing any injuries and maximizing your output. They push you beyond

I'm a couple months in and I can't believe how different I feel. I planned on going 3x per week but find myself going 5-6x per week because it feels so good. This is my first successful gym experience. I've tried "mega gym's" before but only went a few times before stopping, they were boring and I really didn't know what to do. The small environment at Mission makes all the difference. Classes are so much better than doing it yourself and each class is different everyday. You don't have to plan how to work your whole body, it just happens. The trainers are fantastic, the members are welcoming,

Mission Fitness is a great place to workout and get in shape. No matter what your athletic ability, the minute you step in you are welcomed and supported. It is a great community to be apart of and the classes are amazing. You always leave class feeling like you got in a great workout. Each class is challenging, yet enjoyable. Mission Fitness is hands down the best gym experience I've ever had! The trainers are experienced, motivating and really seem to enjoy training. There are multiple workout options and times available making it easy to prioritize exercise in my life. I expect a tough workout and the trainers bring it! And the clothes- so proud to represent in my wide array of fashionable Mission Wear- keep it coming!
The social experience has been fulfilling as well, always some laughs mixed in with the sweat! Some of my closest friendships were formed through Mission. A physically and personally satisfying experience

I have been at Mission Fitness from the beginning (taking classes and doing personal training) when they started out doing bootcamp classes in a park or at the high school. While things have come a long way since then, what hasn't changed is their compassion and commitment. You can tell from the minute you enter Mission fitness that they genuinely care about the clientele. This goes a long way. On top of that, you receive the absolute best workout when you are there and no class is ever the same which makes it even better. The best part though about Mission Fitness is that it's truly a family.
