This is the 2nd time we have worked with Paige in the last 3 years.
When we moved to South Carolina to be closer to family, she found a condominium for us that we enjoyed for several years. Just recently, with her help, we listed and sold that in less than a week (above asking price).
She then found for us the perfect home. This was all done in less than a month, and she managed all of the details. The four attributes listed above are not enough to define the experience in working with her. She brings all of that and more.

We asked Paige to help my 95 year old grandmother sell her home and we could not have asked for a more professional, friendly, knowledgeable, organized and attentive agent. She spent the time with grandma making sure she understood everything that would happen, answered a multitude of questions and was never anything but kind and gracious. Paige will be a referral I would make to any friend or family member in the future looking to buyer or sell real estate.

All I can say is wow! Paige is the best. When I put my house on the market I had offers within 24 hours and responded to one right away but it end up falling through at the end near closing. I was sure I wouldn’t get another offer. But Paige went to work and got me another offer with in 24 house of the last one falling through and we closed on the 8/27 for more money than the first offer! I would recommend her to anyone! She is truly great at her job.

WOW service all round from Paige Bird! She was on the lookout for what she knew we wanted. Did this whole experience long distance and virtual. First viewing of 'hope to be new home' she was very understanding of our lack of techy! From that first view I knew that was to be our home! Paige was awesome to work with! There is a reason why she is one of the top real estate agents in the myrtle beach area!
