Scale lady was awesome to talk to and she did everything to get me loaded and scaled in. However the young man running the Blue picker was not so nice in fact his word to me was don't ever call the office and not to show up after 2:30pm for a load. Other then that all the others workers was very helpful and respectful

The ONLY reason this place is getting 4 stars is because of Kelly, the loader, the lady on the other end of the speaker and the lady in the scale house. They all were AWESOME.
Even though people were there I was told by the yard jockey they don't start until 0700.
VERY cramped facility, muddy, scrap metal all through the travel areas.
Only 1 scale. Limited on street parking but there is "parking" at the end of the road. The most cramped scrap yard I've EVER been to.. Be careful..
Was told by the loader I couldn't leave weighing 79880!!??!!
Friendly people.
Poor set up for long wheel based

Scale lady needs to goto a program where they teach you how to interact with customers, be polite, do not cuss, non argumentative, listenifyour wrong take it and apologize, and more importantly do not loe and scream at customers. Especially when the customers are very polite, even after being talked to like a 5 year old, and not arguing. If she hated her job. For her life sake and happiness. Go find something she likes. Because scrap is not it for her.
Being polite and understanding that you might never told everyone the same thing, since you do see slot of people. Even a line and a sign would
