We luckily found Mark Campanella through an internet search. We contacted a number of other offices in the area, but I'm so happy we ended up choosing Mark's office to handle the closing of our property. The flat fee we were charged for this closing was very fair and reasonable.....in fact, the best we've seen anywhere in the city. Mark is very professional, efficient, and organized. Mark recently helped my wife and I with the purchase of our new home in the Adirondacks. He was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable of all areas of the entire process. Mark helped me when I was in a desperate situation fighting with my landlord who wouldn't let me out of my lease after my apartment collapsed (not my fault) and they moved me into a building with smokers when I am severely allergic to smoke (which I told them). I tried to work with them on my own and was getting nowhere and they were threatening to go after my credit (when I did nothing wrong).
