Wow is all I can say. 2 years ago my husband and I tried to refinance our home for a better interest rate with a popular lender, only to go through the process for 4 months to be told at the end we would not qualify. Michael and the Northport team were fantastic to work with. They took the time to review a number of options for us and how we could best proceed with a refinance. Jake and the team were on it from the get go. They were clear in their communication, actively problem solved and make sure that our loan closed on time.
