There is no yearly contracts which means they have integrity and they stand by their work and will not try and lock you into staying with them satisfied or unsatisfied, but leaves the choice to you.

When you call them, they will come as many times as necessary to get alleviate whatever problems you have. I had a major ant problem inside walls of my home and outside. They were very educational about the types of ants they were treating. Its been 5 months now and not one ant in site! I have used R&D Pest Management for about 4 years.
