We called Aantex to address rat issues we have been having in our HOA. Mike from Aantex arrived and started arguing with us that rats are outside the home and therefore not a major problem. We had spotted bunch of rats and his solution was to lay one mouse trap at a time. When we complained about how slow that process will be, he got angry at us and left without doing anything. This was part of HOA maintenance and I cannot think of how this company would treat non-HOA customers 1:1. Horrible experience and I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.

Aantex provided me with a competitive bid once I knew what work needed to be done. They were easy to work with. There was an issue around the subcontractor they hired to do the fumigation work. The subcontractor broke both of my gates and a main part of my sprinkler system. The subcontractor didn't even tell me when they left. Aantex gave me the subcontractor's information and worked with me to have the subcontractor fix the gates. The subcontractor had a guy come out and still left the gates in worse condition from when they first came out. At that point, Aantex came back and helped

We moved out into the area almost two years ago and were told by many we should have pest control for the insects so we hired aantex. They have been great. They give a courtesy call before they show up and the technicians are always kind and efficient. I have had the same tech Jordan for a few treatments and he always has a smile on his face. He works quietly and effectively. I have no complaints and also no bugs in my house which I love!

As a professional I must say that William not only is full of Respect, Integrity, Compassion and Excellence..He is the best pest control I have ever experienced...He cares a lot about people and educates while he rids..He is one of the most genuine peoples I have ever meant as well...and I know A LOT of people...I would never have anybody but William take care of my pest problems..he makes you feel as though tour family..and believe me..he really cares!

About a month in a half ago I had a mouse in my home and as you can imagine, I was mortified. I was even more concerned because of my 4 year old and my 7 month old who was crawling all over the place. I called Aantex and they were professional, very understanding and prompt.
William from Aantex came to my home and he went above and beyond with assisting me with this little intruder. I had put out traps but I didn't realize that the traps weren't set properly. William reset my traps, he even put his own bate to lure the mouse. He gave me advice on what to look out for and to contact

We got rodent inspection and rodent proofing done by William for our new home recently. Let me start by saying that William is amazingly skilled at his job, is a thorough professional and gives his 101% to his work. I can tell, he takes his job very seriously. He goes above and beyond and not just does his jobs but also fixes anything he sees incorrect or non-functional in the surrounding area. He properly explained what work he did throughout the property after his work was done and helped us understand how we can avoid having rodents anytime in future. William is an absolute encyclopedia of knowledge. It's a real pleasure speaking with someone who enjoys their trade. Jordan is also extremely hard working and super insightful. I never thought I'd write a review for a pest control company, but the two guys I interacted with deserve the praise. They provide peace of mind along with valuable knowledge and customer loyalty. They truly went above and beyond and for a reasonable rate (in contrast to the competition.)

Had a huge ant problem all over the kitchen. No matter what we bought, the canned sprays bought from stores would not take care of the issue. Called Aantex who was recommended to us by a friend, great customer service! Bob Baron comes out and sprays inside and out every other month now. Ant issue is nonexistent! It is so nice not having to worry about our kitchen being taken over by ants anymore.
Also, We have a small dog so I was worried about the sprays inside but I was assured that it wouldn't be an issue.

We have synthetic grass in our backyard a few years back and that has really helped with pests in general but we started seeing a lot of spider webs around the exterior of our home. We also saw a lot of roaches in our garage so we had Aantex come out to take a look. John was very knowledgable and took his time explaining and answering all our questions. We signed up for one service as they do not require a contract. We've seen less spider webs and roaches around our home and will have them come back quarter.
