Agency founder Andre Best, an attorney and former union president, established Best Care in 2005 with his father and wife. Back then, their mission was simple: provide resources for individuals to find the home care services they needed and offer reputable administrative services to caregivers in the Twin Cities.
Personal care services are not one-size-fits-all. There are numerous home care agencies, varying levels of personal care, and a variety of funding sources available to cover expenses. In addition to all these choices, there's a flurry of mandatory paperwork, timekeeping records, and legal requirements to keep track of.
Since the founding of our Minnesota home care agency, we strive to provide the highest level of expertise and support to every client, PCA, and family caregiver we meet. Our team brings decades of combined experience in home care management and administration, allowing us to improve the client-caregiver relationship through digital timesheets, PCA certifications and training, online resources and tutorials, and much more.
We believe people have a right to live as they choose, and that caregivers should be treated with the respect they deserve. Our Mission is to promote independence assisting our clients to live how they choose, supporting caregivers so they can concentrate on providing great care, and cultivating a self-directed team to support them.
At Best Care, we enjoy a unique culture based on the philosophy of people over profits. In addition to providing excellent service to clients and caregivers, we also strive to create a work culture and environment that is inclusive and empowering. Best Care is a relatively flat organization and most people at the company have the same title "Care Experience Specialist", and are on one or more functional teams.

This is one of the most professionally run, employee-friendly companies I have encountered as a parent with 30 years of experience with nursing and PCA . Andre Best has created a "workplace" that honors the dedication of his staff to their home-based clients. He and the administration work with clients, families and govt agencies to improve the systems that influence care being provided at home and in the community. Best Care has led efforts to increase pay for staff and improve programs for clients. I am thankful to have accidentally found this agency more than 5 years ago and highly recommend

I absolutely love this place. The people working are always there for me when I have questions and if I need help with services. I have been there awhile so it's great when you call, or even get a phone call and you hear a familiar voice. Even the new workers who have come there are always polite and professional. So depending on what works for you... Yes I would recommend this PCA service thank you to everyone! Your all great & Brittany your awesome

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Disrespectful, ill-mannered and unprofessional. They treat you like you are below them. I'm filing an agency facility complaint against them. Never again do I ever hope to be with them again.
They have the audacity to threaten clients and question paper copy requests, when it's MY LAWFUL RIGHT TO OBTAIN COPIES OF MY OWN DOCUMENTS. This will get you into LEGAL issues if you continue to treat clients and customers in this way.
They're not very diverse or trained in on different ethnical cultures. So rude, I would NEVER recommend this place and I hope they do

The culture at Best Care is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees and clients. It's a really relaxed and calm environment where every client is heard and respected. I love everyone that works there and Andre could not be more lovely!!!! I LOVE BEST CARE!!!!! It is by FAR the best PCA program in Minnesota!!!

I've been told the company is a great place to work. The staff are understanding and genuinely cares about their workers and clients. Thinking about switching over. But I have worked with Tricia and provided services for her Son; Lovely Kid. My experience working with Tricia has been the best; I can honestly say she's a dedicated individual.

Best Home Care has a great staff!! They are very supportive of their clients and employees. Andre is always adding innovative ideas and services for everyone. Top of their game in today's small business environment and health services standards.
When disability impacted our family, Amanda and the rest of the staff were more helpful assisting us get our barrings than any doctor, social worker or government agency. They asked the questions we didn't know to ask and always make sure that our needs are met. Watching BHC grow into what it is today has been inspiring. You guys are Great!!!
