We met Emma thru Xome home selling program thru my Mortgage company. Best prayer answered . She knows Masthope area sold our vacation home in 6 days with two offers and one went full asking price. Because she priced it correctly. She made many hiccups go away by attending to them knowing that we are 2 hrs away. Like dealing with a shady used car salesman.
Wasted our time for over 2+ months, Little to zero communication.
Apparently, they agree with the fact that the seller/bank gets to change contract terms anytime they see fit and only if it benefits THEM. When questioned you are ignored.
1. Seller/agent claimed to have other offers magically
come up on a weekend in which we had to offer much more $$, (the home has not sold in years, what a coincidence!)
2. Breach of contract by seller/agent, flip flopped for 2 months if they would honor the contract or not. They eventually decided to default on
