Five years ago we were moving to the Catskills and Happened upon Dawn Payne’s listing. Dawn was an incredible realtor who showed us any house we asked to see knowing before hand if we were going to love it or hate it. She knew exactly what are were looking for from our first meeting and because of that she found us our dream home!
