While other medical practices may work to only treat or mask the symptoms, our chiropractic care treatments are designed to remedy the underlying source of the pain or discomfort.
There is some basic paperwork that we want need you to fill out-this includes your health history, basic personal information and insurance information. Afterwards, we will outline our recommendations for your care-an individualized plan for any follow-up care (if necessary). We will also take the time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
West Buffalo Chiropractic believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
Dr. Vaquero received his Bachelor's of Arts degree in biology in 1992 from the State University at Buffalo and Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1995 from NY Chiropractic College.

Miracle worker. I couldn’t take more that a 3 inch stride, saw the doctor twice, 2 days apart and from the care and instruction he provided I was walking without a walker within an hour of second visit. I have old back injuries, he didn’t have my medical records. My regular chiro shut down due to COVID. He has magic hands. I’m 28

This is by far the best chiropractic I’ve been too by a long shot! The receptionist are as sweet as the days are long they make sure you feel comfortable and very careful! You are not just a number here and that means a lot ! The staff is upbeat positive vibrant and very professional. And you will see positive results! highly recommend great job guys.

The staff is incredibly kind and professional. I look forward to going to my appointments for the great deal of care given to me every time by Dr. Vaquero and his team members. Dr. Vaquero Is very nice and I can count on him to help any type of pain I experience from life’s daily activities on my bad back and times I get hurt at the gym. When i arrived it seemed like they were overbooked as there were 2 people ahead of me and then another person came in after. However, the doctor saw all his patients quickly. As a new patient, the doctor took time to ask about why i was there, what i want out of the appointments, and all different ideas on how i could reduce my severe back pain. For so many years, doctors wouldnt tell me much other than loss weight and buy a new mattress. I look forward to working with this office and would recommend then ti anyone.

Dr. V and Tammy are the best. The professional atmosphere is so comforting, especially when your scared and in pain. Dr. V is not only magical with his treatments, he is very informative and truly cares about each and every patient and spends as much time as needed. He is A-1 in my book and I refer all my family and friends.

Wonderful Practice! I am always made to feel welcome & relaxed here. I do not get here nearly as often as I'd like, but when I do make an appt for a chiropractic adjustment, I am seen promptly & treated thoroughly -- so that I can immediately feel better! Professional, respectful & kind staff. Very pleasant & clean surroundings. A skilled Dr with great "bedside manner", & a fantastic massage therapist, to boot! I always have a healing and lovely experience here, & I am grateful they are here on the West Side. I wish them continued success, & I dearly hope

Beautiful office and very friendly staff! This was my first time at a chiropractor so I was very nervous, but the front desk staff and Dr. Vaquero made me feel very at ease. He sat and explained what he was going to do before he did anything. He is very knowledgeable about his profession and extremely efficient- I noticed positive results after my first appointment! I would recommend this office to anyone- especially to first timers!
