Dr. O'Dell took care of me today and couldn't be any better. Great guy and chiropractor! The staff so understanding and easy to comfort you with scheduling an appointment. Highly recommend them.

Thank you to ALL the staff @ Western NY Spine and Chiropractic. From the clerical and administrative staff who know the patients by name and greet them with a smile, to Dr. Fakari & Dr. Harker who have truly taken their time and patience to explain the details of my injury. The Dr.'s have set forth a plan of recovery that is catered to My body and My needs after my car accident. The facilities equipment & processes are top notch and is a clean, comfortable environment. If you or someone you know is experiencing back pain I would highly recommend you give their office a call!!!

I am really impressed with the customer service at Western New York Spine & Chiropractic. The receptionist are kind & welcoming. Jamie greets everyone by their name. Doctor Fakari & Harker are knowlegable & caring. They listen to what you have to say and provide individualized pain management treatments. They won't waste your time waiting around. They provide fast & efficient service. Free parking is provided during office visits which makes it easy to keep those downtown appointments. Thanks for all you do.
