Beware of this place!!! My dad has not been in the facility a month and already been hospitalized because of neglect. The communication is non existent. Dad was in the hospital almost 24 hours and no one called the family. The only way we had known is when I went to visit yesterday morning and he was not there. .. they wouldn't give me information and all they could say is sorry...why!!!!!!! He was still in Trauma from yesterday. No one was contacted. Where is the Emotional Intelligence? Where is the empathy? Why take the responsibility of people love one's if you're not going to take care of them

The personal are very courteous. They actually care about my brother! Lisa has been one helpers. She is so sweet and caring. The LPN and RN came and talked to my brother about his pain level. They were very concerned. They consulted with his Dr. and Dr.
Malone came to see him personally. The place is super clean and everyone is very informative and so courteous. I'm gladly brothers here.

Please do not send any of your loved ones here no matter what! This place is filthy and the staff is rude. I sat with a patient in a double room , two patients in one room, and one of them accidently spilled his water pitcher all over the bed. I called for someone to change his sheets and it took them over 20min to come. The CNA man handled this poor man as ah ripped the sheets off. She didn’t even bother to change his wet pillow case or his wet clothes. When I said something about changing his clothes she had this bad attitude. She tapped him on his bottom to make him cooperate several times
