Dr. Scott A. Forsmark was born and raised in Michigan. He received his BS in Biology from the University of Michigan in 1985 and his dental degree from the University of Michigan in 1989. He has maintained a full time practice in Cheboygan, Michigan since 1991 and focuses on comprehensive general dentistry for the entire family with an emphasis on cosmetics and restorative.
Good oral hygiene is important, and we don't want your teeth and gums to suffer because you don't have dental insurance. We have designed a in-house dental advantage plan to give individuals and families without dental insurance an affordable solution. You can even sign up if you have a dental emergency and require unplanned dental work.

I would give them ten stars if I could!! They worked me in for a dental emergency even though I was only vacationing in the area and dental offices are extremely busy due to having just reopened after COVID 19. The staff and Dr were extremely kind and compassionate!! The office is beautiful and extremely clean. If I lived in this area I would definitely be coming to this office, I highly recommend.
