I would recommend not taking glasses in for adjustment if you purchased them elsewhere, I went in to have 2 pairs of glasses adjusted, and both pairs were damaged beyond use in the process. They have a standard policy of no liability for damaging glasses that were purchased elsewhere.
Very nice store with friendly staff. Had my prescription done a while ago at Sight and it was a good experience.

Small Optical Boutique Shop with amazing selection, prices, and customer service. Dr. Moayer was very professional in prescribing me the right contacts that suits my needs and I've never been happier with my selection. Danielle is super friendly, well-informed, and provides exceptional customer service. I highly recommend anyone in the Grand Rapids area to give them a try!

Wish I could give more stars. 10/10 would recommend. Dr. Moayer asks all the right questions and more AND listens with the intent to hear. Danielle is super knowledgeable and so nice. Also, this boutique is super instagrammable. All in all, my experience has been the best and I don't plan on ever going anywhere else.

Extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. Best optical place in town hands down. I was fitted with the right measurements for the first time since ever. I wish they carried the same green frames that i have now in a black frame (Ankeny), I’d order these too. I got many compliments for my eyeglasses. Never met anyone else with the ones I have. I’ve recommend and told many by word of mouth. I hope they went.
I’m highly satisfied with the quality of the frame, the HOYA lenses are the best I’ve ever had.

If you are looking for great eye wear help this is the place. I have always loved their selection but they really stepped it up with my latest pair. This last spring, my glasses broke a week before I had a big job interview. Freaking out I came to Sight with my prescription and Danielle helped me find a great pair and after explaining the situation she pulled out all the stops to get the frames and lenses in time. Well they made it to me just in time for my flight and I nailed the interview and landed the job! I can’t thank them enough for all their help. Please check them out- they are awesome

First off, it was the google user reviews that led me here - and boy were they dead on. Customer service was top-notch and well educated.
This store is what you would call an "indie" shop, with various frames from independent designers. They do have some well known brands like Toms - but it's the awesome selection of unique frames that guarantee you are unlikely to see someone else with your exact pair.
Bare in mind that this isn't your "budget" brand store - but I view my glasses as an investment, like others here have stated. The quality of the frames and lenses here are of no comparison to

Great frames are important but not as important as the lenses. I do not believe it is possible to get a better manufactured lens. I just had to replace my prescription sun glasses. The vision is just as crisp and clear in my new sun glasses as it is in my dress glasses. My eyes did not have to adjust to the fact that I put sun glasses on. The lens they use is so phenomenal that if you used to wear "coke bottle" glasses; you won't believe how thin your lens can be. The lenses are so durable that if I had a child that needed eyewear, I would purchase the lens the Sight Optical.

I've had had glasses since 1st grade and contacts since I was 15 so I knew the drill when it came to my eye appointment. Even so, I felt like the doctor really listened to my needs and brought up allot of good points about taking care of contacts and getting me in the right brand of contacts. The appointment didn't take too long but I knew she had covered all the basics including dilating my eyes and doing the dreaded 'puff test&apos

I came here to buy some new glasses (I did not utilize their optic services). If you are looking for quality glasses and service you've found the right place. Best selection of frames. However, it is not for those who are budget conscious. But I see frames as an investment so its worth it. Bryan, the manager, is incredibly helpful, knows his trade, and provides you with a great experience.
