Zero stars. Dishonorable contractor. Paid for service to have a replacement key made for a vehicle a few weeks ago only to have had the key ultimately fail a little over a month later. Called and spoke with the owner Steve Adams, and was told that he did not have to honor this part or labor since 30 days had past. I called another vendor today to have another key provided.

Will never recommend or use LKE again. Not concerned with customer satisfaction, or retention. Just overcharging for defective products.

I’m making this post because one of my friends called this company today to come and unlock his vehicle door but instead he ended up getting scammed and the scammer came out and went and unlocked the car but ended up charging him 500 bucks. Afterwards he called the original company again to double check and see if their prices were that outrageous to begin with and the original company said they received no phone call from him in the first place (because the scammer was mimicking the company’s number). Make sure when you call this company you are 1000% sure it’s the company you’re calling

Avoid like a plague! Came over to open a locked interior door was quoted 129,00 with a working key price before hand to open and provide a key. Opened the door and when asked about the key, the man said that would be that would be an additional 150.00 besides the 129.00 quoted. Scam artists at best.

Called to enquire about a keyless lock for my front door. Asked if they carried Schlagel and did they install,? Was told they had better locks and yes they installed. I set an appointment for someone to come and show me what they had, I was not told that I would be obligated.
The man showed up, came to the door with order pad in hand no samples. We talked and I asked about seeing a sample, he wrote down$29.95 on the order book.
