After our move, we were unable to open our touch pad safe, and couldn't find the key. The people at MidAmerica Locksmiths were very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to open the safe in a timely manner, and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Mid America Locksmiths!

To date we've used MidAmerica at least two dozen times. They've been timely and on several occasions went above and beyond what appeared to be a simple issue yet was more complicated than we expected. I've even reached out near within minutes of closing yet they took care of getting numerous keys cut. Great customer service in my book.

I called and made a 10am appt to have a locksmith come out and make a key for my car. By 11:30 no one had shown up so I called and was told someone had called me that morning and left a vm. I told the man no one had called and found out he had called the wrong number. I told him no one told me I should be expecting a call before the appt. Instead of apologizing the man was very rude to me and stated he could not send someone out that day. I told him I needed the key made today as I had already waited two days for the appt and had to absolutely be somewhere. He then told me "Well then I
