Hello - We are Jason & Heather Lanker, owners of the Brick Ballroom, LLC. We renovated this 1928 car dealership in the Brick Ballroom because we love to refurbish old things into usable possibilities. We have been married for 22 years and have two teenage daughters who bring constant joy and humor into our lives.
What We Provide - Besides providing a gorgeous venue the Brick Ballroom provides the following items for your event:. Bridal suite, catering space with separate entrance, heat & air on both sections, five ladies restrooms, 2000 square foot dance floor, 3 arbors, built in bar, 4000 square foot outdoor covered ceremony space and garden.
A: Rental hours are from 9am-12am on Saturday, 1pm-10pm Sundays & Monday-Friday hours are from 9am-11pm. We're happy to accommodate additional rental times for the day of wedding preparation, the fee is $200/1hr. A: Due to the size of our venue providing space for ceremony & reception we cannot offer half days.

I recently got married at this venue. While the venue was beautiful, there were some things that I thought were unacceptable for purchasing the top package (or any package for that matter):
1. We told this venue that we wanted to use their two triangle arbors (one for our ceremony and the other for behind our party’s table). We told them this plan in May with our wedding in December. We were told four days before our wedding by our day-of coordinator (not even the owners) that the smaller arbor for behind our table was broken, and when I spoke to the owner over the phone post-wedding, he told

My daughter's wedding was held at the Brick Ballroom. The venue needs very little decorations. The history and natural ambiance speaks for itself. The gathering room in the front of the building was great for the families and bridal party to take pictures with natural light. The bride's and groom's quarters was adequate for our bridal party size. Then venue itself was more than large enough to hold the 250 guests we had. Plenty of space for the ceremony which we flipped into the family and bridal party dining area and large dance floor. Table seating for all of our guests and room for the buffet

A very nice venue location. Combines several different styles together perfectly. I'm especially a fan of the exposed wood beams. Has a wonderful covered outdoor area, replete with a small flower garden, and a LARGE indoor area, perfect for weddings and other celebratory gatherings.
The summer heat, combined with 200 people and several trays of hot food keeping warm, kept the air conditioning busy, making it a little stuffy at times, but quite tolerable while sitting.

The Brick Ballroom and Heather helped bring my dream wedding to life. It is the most perfect beautiful space for a wedding. Heather and her husband are so helpful and kind. If I had any questions I’d have an answer quickly. I could not recommend having tour event here enough.
