Fayetteville Town Center features a standing capacity of 1,800 people and a seating capacity of 1,200 people.

Parking wasn't so bad since the event was held at night. Restrooms are clean. Food was a little over cooked (skirt steak was flavorful but tough) and bread was served cold with cold butter. Venue was more professional and not as elegant, but then again it was a function hosted by the University not a wedding.
