Originally founded by Tami and Tom Morgan in 2004, the company is now owned by Tami's niece, Angie and Ryan Boots.

Morgan Properties is a full service property management company experienced in managing a wide range of property types and classes. Advertising: We place a "for rent" sign in the yard and do as many in-person showings of the unit as needed in order to rent it. The spreadsheets provide a breakdown of rental payments received, any expenses logged, and breakdown of amount on hand and rental proceeds received throughout the year on each property.
Due to the importance and value a strong repair and maintenance company adds to an investors team, Morgan Properties spun-off their repair business as a separate general contracting entity to focus solely on supporting Morgan Properties clients and properties under management. This company was developed to serve Morgan Properties owners repair and construction needs ranging from basic light fixture adjustments to full property rehabs and flips.

Nice friendly staff. I was seeking a two bedroom unit or 3 unfortunately they only have max of 2 bedrooms. I did view a two bedroom unit at 824 ft for $1400 too much for the size of the unit. Inside unit is beautiful additional storage space is extra monthly. No shade but everyone seem to be trying to get pandemic money from tenants and a lot of people are just starting to comeback to the workforce. As for my standards over priced.

Let me just tell you that Ryan and Angie Boots are incredible! I have never had such great service, oversight, and attentiveness to my needs. I had some serious concerns regarding some property issues and they were handled with professionalism and ease. I sleep better at night knowing these two are there for me when I need them. Thank you both so much for all that you did to resolve my issue!!!! I wish I could give 10 stars!

This place is so unprofessional! They were suppose to come fix the basement bc there’s sitting water and black mold in it. The mold is growing like crazy and of course they still haven’t been out! It’s going on 4 weeks now and still no one has came out to fix the problem… the last owners said the basement has been wet for 20+ years. This should’ve been sealed a long time ago

I applied for a house through one of their listings. In the application it asked specific questions about work, landlord references, and pets. Even asked for the pets breed. Filled all that in and got accepted. Set an appointment with them which required me to take a day off from work. Only to find out at the appointment they don’t accept my breed of dog after I filled it out on the application and had been accepted. This place is a joke. Very unprofessional.

I have to Thank Morgan Properties with a huge Thank you... Heres why.. They are a Blessing ❤️...I was able to make myself into a business owner while I was here and I hope me and Morgan can continue to grow after my lease is up. I come from staying in a hotel paying 1300 a month. Having 2 kids. And car, insurance,phone and food bills I was on edge every month I stayed in that situation for 2 1/2 years. Morgan took me in and my faulty record and gave me another Chance.. I have an eviction from a marriage from a year or so before.. And I was having big Problems finding a Home.. Until My friends
