Here at Jablys we require each resident to be covered by Renter's Insurance. Since we require this coverage, we have partnered up with Shelter Insurance to offer you a discounted rate. For $10.00 a month you will receive appropriate coverage for your personal belongings. If you would like to contact the Shelter Insurance agent directly, you can follow this like to their company profile.
We will respond within 48 hours to the request. If the issue is an emergency, please notify the appropriate emergency department first, and then contact us by phone as soon as the condition is under control of the proper authorities. An emergency is considered a fire, flood, or any hazardous or dangerous condition.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Maintenance issues are rarely fixed and when they are theyre done poorly or not correctly. Its is extremely hard to get ahold of anyone in the office. Maintenance man has literally told me that none of the 6 things that needed fixed were going to happen because he was told not to. Lots of safety violations that will not be fixed.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value
We've had one Maintenance request fulfilled and that was unclogging the main pipe. We've put in several requests that are all unfulfilled. They promised that they would have our screens repaired and our yard clean before we moved in. This never happened. The painter painted the windows shut and painted the bath tub with regular paint.

I don’t know how these people are in business. Someone needs to call health and safety on them!
This should not be seen by any tenant after they just paid deposit and first moths rent AND waited till they could access it to move in. This isn’t move in ready at all. We shouldn’t have been able to even be in there. How unprofessional not to walk through before handing Keys over! Sad just sad.

This "property management" is a joke. The only reason I gave it a one star is because it wouldn't let me do none. The apartment was a disaster the day I took possession and I had to clean the apt. myself and put in a LONG work order for the maintenance issues that should have already been fixed. The building the apartment is located in is downtown and was at one time a beautiful Victorian. The property manager told me that it had a new owner and that the owner was going to do all these things to fix it up. Nothing was ever done. As a matter of fact the building got worse instead of better. They
