We moved my dad in here in early 2021 and it was actually pretty good then. Adequately staffed, staff responded to my dad's call button when needed as he was physically disabled and mostly bed-bound. Then new management (from California) took over late spring/summer of 2021 and it went downhill FAST. My dad became delirious over the course of a few days and no one noticed until I visited and had to call 911. They are constantly EXTREMELY short-staffed, about 1-2 staff members to tend to 35 or more residents. Residents have passed away and been found deceased in their rooms. There is not enough

I have been hired here since September, it is now the end of November and haven’t started work yet. Management is very unorganized. They need endless workers but do not hire people in good time. Pay is $12 which is nothing for taking care of the elderly when they pay $5000 to live there for the month ! Ridiculous

Do not work for this company! Especially working memory care by the 2nd day you'll work alone If you work noc shift.They dont communicate with you on lost wages until it benefits them! DONT get hurt or have covid cuz then you will never hear from them again.no matter how many times you call they say they will call back but hr never does or anyone.assissant living has more people then they do in memory care their own director quit! They never have gloves or trash bags but expect you to do the work! DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!!

Have a very dear friend living in the independent living section. Staff is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Dining room is open to guests of residents and their food and service is very good. I'm glad that our friend has the benefit of this place with meals, utilities and 24/7 medical services included.

What a lovely community! We have visited several in Las Vegas and Atria Sutton is the #1 choice on our list! Mom is getting ready to move in after she sells her home and we can't be happier because it is close to the airport and the strip where we always stay. We looked on the internet first and were pleasantly surprised to find the community was even more beautiful than the photos online.

The entire staff is so friendly to me and all know me by my first name and treat me with respect.
The facility is well maintained and my apartment is very specious for my needs.
The dining room provides quick service with a very friendly staff of waiters.
Our Chef (Barbie) provides daily menus to suit various ethnic tastes. The food is served quickly with concentration on providing hot meals to the residents.
