Dr. Walter A. Formby has been setting the highest standards of excellence in orthodontics for over 25 years! He earned his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University before going on to the Baylor College of Dentistry for his dental degree, then completed a specialized post-graduate residency in orthodontics, as well as a Master of Science degree in Orthodontics, from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.

I currently have one daughter in treatment with Dr. Formby, and another one who will probably start at a later date. We love everyone here so much. The appointments are quick and always very thorough. My girls feel very comfortable with everyone, and never complain about having to go...which is a major win for me.
