These clear braces blend in with your teeth, so they're less noticeable than metal braces. In our practice, the cost for braces or Invisalign is a straight forward, flat fee.

From your braces to the wires, to the appliances, to the mechanics, we plan every step of your journey planned just for you. Dr. Douglas Shaw was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated with honors from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Medical Biology. During his undergraduate education, he took a two-year hiatus to volunteer as a missionary for his church on the islands of Samoa in the South Pacific.
We care about you like you're our own family and we promise to give you the best quality care in a comfortable, fun setting. Dr. Shaw is an orthodontist. Orthodontists are dentists first. Out of 100 dental school graduates, on average, only six go on to become orthodontists. To practice orthodontics, Dr. Shaw spent 11 years in training (four years of college, four years of dental school, and three years of orthodontics residency).
Dr. Shaw loves creating beautiful smiles. He also loves developing relationships with you and your family while watching smiles, attitudes and confidence transform. Dr. Rasmussen, known by his patients as Dr. Razz, grew up in Midland, Texas. He competed in Taekwondo and golf at state and national levels throughout his childhood, which taught him the importance of hard work and personal effort. He's grateful for the chance to help you discover your beautiful, healthy new smile, and can't wait to get to know you and your family.
We have two offices to better serve the greater Fort Worth area. Our Rockwall and Watauga offices are conveniently located, so great orthodontics care is only a few minutes from your home, work, or school. When you tour our offices, you'll see that we use the latest treatment planning options such as intraoral scans and 3D printing.

Dr. Shaw did amazing work with my sons teeth. We had a few obstacles with two bottom teeth growing in angled and had to have surgery based on Dr. Shaw’s recommendation. We felt nervous at first but followed his advise. After his surgery Dr. Shaw took over and started working his magic. 2 years later my son got his braces off and we couldn’t be more pleased. His office staff is also great, and they were extremely helpful in answering all questions during treatment. Would highly recommend Dr. Shaw if your looking for an orthodontist.

From the minute we walked in the door till now we have always been pleased with this office. They are very attentive, kind, and just overall great to deal with! My son is just now getting ready for braces and we can’t wait to see how the next couple of years go for my sons smile! We look forward to our visits and thank you for all you have done so far!

Both my boys came to Dr Shaw . They both Needed braces and him and his awesome staff made it happen they went above and beyond and worked out a payment plan I could afford. I've never been treated like this in business, usually it's a bunch of ppl who don't want to be there. These ppl treated us like family .That's juat another way theyset themselves apart. I'm blessed to have met this great group of people

I have been very impressed with Dr. Shaw's practice! It was easy to make an appointment and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. I felt like everyone there took great care of me. Dr Shaw used technology to show me a digital "before" and "after", which helped me better visualize and understand the personalized treatment he was suggesting. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Carrie was helpful in guiding me through my insurance and payment options. I'm thankful that I found this practice!
