I have had Quality Carpets install carpet in 2 separate rental apartments. They were great to work with and understood my needs as a property owner with tenants. They even moved furniture for a long term tenant and she was very happy. I also appreciate how Mike was able to save me money by carefully removing the transition strips so they can be reused.

Awesome selection ... they really listen to your needs and make suggestions appropriately .. they are very careful to suggest flooring within your needs/price. The installation was exceptional ... the gentlemen who installed were courteous and made sure we were happy with everything. There is also their customer service policy which is very nice should you need any adjustments made. We did not need adjustments, but were happy to hear that we could call if needed.
