We had a great experience! Autumn was very helpful and patient in the carpet selection process. Oscar and his crew were very professional and hard-working with the installation process. I am a repeat customer. Creative Carpet and Flooring has installed glue down tile in two bathrooms, luxury vinyl tile in the living room and carpeting in the stairway. The installers are courteous and efficient. They do a great job. I will contact Autumn Sibo when I am ready to start my next flooring project.

Dana helped me select multiple different porcelain tiles to choose from. She loaded them in my car and I had them for a few days to choose which one I liked best. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. When I went to pick up the tile, she even loaded it in the truck for me. She's super friendly and not pushy at all. Highly recommend!

After being disgusted with one of the BIG carpet stores.. we happened upon Creative Carpet & Flooring. We went into the Highland store and were greeted upon a short wait by Dana Krizmanic (who had just finished up with a customer). Very personable associate that listened to what we needed and was able to show us in the right direction. We were very pleased with the recommendations and ballpark pricing and we made an appt for her to come and do some measurements. Upon a timely arrival at our location, she measured, but also asked if we had ever thought of refinishing our 58 yr old hard wood floors
