I have experienced on and off chronic back pain for several years. The pain comes from a herniated disc in my lower back. After trying almost everything from physical therapy to pain management injections, I had almost gave up hope and decided I might need surgery. That was the case until I found The Center for Total Back Care! I found them online because of their unique method of treating back pain through their MedEx machine. This machine is basically a weight resistance contraption that isolates the movement to only your pelvis. By doing this, it strengthens your back muscles. The staff is great

I have been experiencing sometimes debilitating back pain for the last year. I was almost to the point where I accepted that I would always feel like my back was collapsing at the end of each day. After just three weeks of care I've noticed a substantial difference, my issue was isolated and the treatment has been effective! I love the positivity of this office, as well as the patience and care from the staff. I am overjoyed with my progress and look forward additional progress in the future.

Wanted, and tried, to use TBC but IMO Amber was rude and turned me off. On my first call and in mid-sentence she said "I'm putting you on hold" , in mid-sentence.. !! she could have said something like, DO YOU MIND IF I PUT YOU ON HOLD, SOMETHING POLITE vs just cutting me off mid-sentence... and I never even got a call back !!!

I Have been going to The Center for Total Back Care for a few years. Jeff Jolley and his staff always are a welcome sight. They provide excellent professional care every time.
They are not only professional, but very caring and listen to your concerns or questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and have a variety of treatments no matter your needs.

I have had all different kinds of Physical Therapy and have had back PT in the past . I can honestly say this is the best PT experience I have ever had . Dr Jolley, Mike and the staff are professionals and I feel blessed that they are helping me get better with my lower back . They are helping me strengthen while we work on the other issues that have popped up because of my lower back . Thanks for the great job! I look forward to going every time!

I have been dealing with back pain for over 2 years, went to 4 different specialist and tried physical therapy with another location and visited 2 chiropractors as well. Finally my pcp asked me to try the center for total back care; it's far from my where I live so that's why he didn't think I'd want to start here. I was at my wits end and wasn't sleeping well or able to do anything physical or sit for long periods of time. Well I wish I would have found them years ago when this all started. The receptionist is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with she scheduled

I highly recommend this place for back and neck pain. I have had gradual onset lower back pain and a disk in my neck has started to calcify. I would get headaches frequently and always have this nagging feeling that I need to pop my neck. I have been to many chiropractors, but none that incorporates physical therapy and I'm really impressed. The staff is excellent and very friendly. They ask how you have been feeling since the last treatment, have you do a series of stretches, and then you go on some strength building machines that compare your neck and back strength to what the averages of

I was in a car accident where I ended up suffering from lower back pain...I was referred to the center for total back care by a co-worker...the staff is beyond friendly and the work they do is amazing. There is a chiropractor on site who is phenomenal and the physical therapy staff is fantastic! They have these machines that can isolate a specific area and they work that area to build the strength. The name seriously says it all...total back care!! Additionally at the end of every PT session you have stem therapy and soft tissue therapy...I highly recommend this place if you have back pain or neck

I was struggling with constant nagging back pain. I went to the Center for Total Back Care for a free consultation and then started treatment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Jolley really helped me understand what was causing my pain and how we good go about eliminating it. I am thrilled to say that after 8 treatments my pain is gone and I feel great. I highly recommend these guys.
