I've only gotten my nails done a couple of times. I told this to the lady doing my nails. I asked for gel nails, come to find out, she gave me acrylics and charged me for gel. I also got my eyebrows waxed and asked her to just shape them a lil better. She did a good job, but made them very small.

Walk in for a pedicure and told it will be a few minutes. Waited over an hour with my feet soaking in the tub and no one gave me any updates or service so I walked out.

Every time I have been, they have been great. I go about every 2 months and they always remember what I get.

I’m not sure where to even begin. I really don’t know if they can do their jobs. I got a full set last week and on the same day my nails were already falling out. I just got them done. I’m so mad bc I spent my money on them. I’m not sure if they’re really nail techs or not. They need to go back to school or something

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon I will never go back. They were unprofessional they rushed through my service so they can get more people in. I do not recommend this salon at all.

I was upset that I had to rush & taking a bit long as the fans not powerful to me & no spray helps faster too thick fast pain layers & my bad. Worst experience ever on that area. Just my luck lately & of time. I got I am patient. I paid too much & for me cuz I am poor still & it was a necessity, but could have dine without & that for medicine at Publix that had to return from clearance table of probiotics organic Vega supplement capsules.
I had fun teaching the Vietnamese young man gentleman Spanish. They are nice to let me keep the magazine, which I may return so someone else can enjoy it, cuz

I’ve been going to Hollywood for 5+ years now and have never been disappointed! My nails always look amazing and last for weeks!

This is my favorite nail salon and one that I will always go to. Not only do they do an incredible job with nails (I get acrylics) , eye lash extensions, and waxing; but it’s a great price and the women (and man) who work there are wonderful and quick and great at what they do. I will always recommend this place.

I love this place!! There are always kind and willing to try and hurry to seat you even they are understaffed. They always do their best to try and get ally needs attended to, even if I have to wait.

Discrimination in 2021 is sad. This place is behind the times with rights for all people. Will avoid this place in the future. Too many bad comments to take a chance

DISCRIMINATION at its finest. To passover a trans person because “women” are put first before “men”. What kind of customer service is this?! In a time like this where we are witnessing xenophobia on people of Asian decent?! We’re now deciding to be prejudice against trans individuals?! DISGUSTING. We do not need HATE anywhere. SHAMEFUL. Reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I will no longer patronize your establishment. I was there today and you embarrassed and hurt my friends feelings when you passed him over twice when it was his turn.You told him women get serviced first.That was not only rude it was hurtful.SHAME ON YOU FOR TEATING SOMEONE THIS WAY

If you are a member of or a supporter of the LGBTQ community I advise you to NEVER patronize this establishment. A very dear trans friend went there today and was treated horribly. They had no respect for her… and took other people before her. They were rude and condescending. Please do not patronize this place and spread the word to the LGBTQ community and their supporters.

They were very unprofessional. they charged me to take off my nails but i helped her take them off then she comes over and gives me the nail clippers so i can clip my own nails down and walks away and says she has to do eyebrows and she’ll be back to help . My toes nails aren’t even straight , the acrylic on my toes is not smooth . don’t ever go here ... not worth your money !

I got a simple french gel with manicure and they ruined my nails and cuticles. The nails started peeling after one day, and the white tips were extremely uneven. The nail artist did not even shape my nails evenly and left some WAY longer than others. He ripped up my cuticles, and now they are inflamed and stringy. Would never return, and if you want to save money and your nails, avoid this horrible business.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I am SO CRITICAL when it comes to my acrilycs. I like simple stuff but yet I’m picky with all the little imperfections but YAS GO HERE! I did not get his name but the older gentleman that works there did mine and he was GREAT and so NICE (only man I saw in there over 21) .... I will be back !!!!!!
