- didn’t push my cuticles, only clipped them. Also didn’t properly clean up the edges after a messy an uneven paint job. My foot/leg massage lasted about 10 seconds each foot. Worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had! The owner or manager told me the “weather” caused the polish to not dry.. although the nail tech did too thick of polish trying to cover over my cuticle so it looked good. he then redid it and it looked worse. Absolutely horrible service. My pedicure was the first service and he missed parts of my toes and shaped them oddly, some were curved others were square. As for my manicure, the worst service I had ever gotten. He was buffing my nails and managed to cut my skin, I was bleeding and in pain and he didn't seem to care much, just carrying on. Then he cut me again using the cuticle cutters and I was pain in both hands. He also applied my gel polish horribly. It is blotchy, spotty, and have blobs all over. It's been a week, barely, and it's already peeling??? Never had a gel polish do that in my years

Walked in excited to get my nails done. I brought my sisters so he was going to give us total 5% discount. They forgot to do base and top coat for my pedicure. I still tried to keep an open mind. For manicure, my nails were cut all different shapes so I ended up filing my own nails to even the shape. The nail polish looked terrible - like if you put paper towel on wet nail polish. The technician seemed unbothered even after I asked her multiple times to fix it. She said that just how my nails are... I have been getting gel polish done for years and never had this issue. This salon appeared to be of a high calibre and was very friendly. However, I gave them too much freedom and trust in their decisions against my own wants. I was not allowed to get the gel color on my toes for my pedicure that I wanted. The next time I went I got a botched and poor gel medicare by a nail technician (April) who did not know what she was doing and made that clear. My nails had to be completely removed and redone by another nail salon. My technician was not able to fix them because she cut her fingers and they did not know when she would be back. Inexcusable for the price I paid,

Outstanding Service. Definitely top 5 for me first time in Tampa and this was one of two locations near my air bnb Im glad I chose Plush the team was welcoming and polite. They accommodated me and my best friend an hour before close for two manis and pedis. My pedi was luxurious and outstanding my only critique would be that i don’t use polish and i asked for the buff-shine on my feet and hands and the gentleman who did an amazing job missed a few toes lol the older woman who did my manicure was a perfectionist and gave me the best arm and hand massage as a professional cook i hold a lot of tension

As a new resident I was on the search for a quality nail salon. This one came in highly rated so I gave it a try. Not only did they care enough to give me extra directions to make sure I found my way to the right salon, but the service was excellent. I felt they took their time and didn’t rush me out, which also made the experience more enjoyable. I am very into the details, and felt they were careful to make sure to create the right shape and that I liked them before starting to paint. The best dip manicure in the area in my experience. 1* Acknowledged me promptly and courteously. 2* Made it clear that I was welcome. 3* Felt very valued and was addressed as I would want to be addressed. 4* Was provided access to any service I wanted. I'm really disappointed with the service I received here. I questioned whether or not I should write a review in the first place because I don't want to sound rude, but at the end of the day I paid for a service and what I received was not what I was expecting or what I should have paid for. I asked for a dip manicure because I like that it's a coating that makes your nails stronger and then a cat eye look which is typically done with gel polish. I walked in on Thursday by chance because I was having my phone screen repaired in the same shopping center and had an hour to kill. Plush immediately set me up in a wonderful massage chair and got the water going for a pedi, it was a great pedi with all the bells and whistles, hot stone, massage, fizzy water, trimmed nails and softened skin. Afterwards I got gel nails in an equally comfortable and pampering fashion. 3 days later they still look perfectly fresh and clean.

I broke a corner of my nail off at work and wasn’t going to be able to make it to my usual salon before they closed so I stopped in here on my way home. I’m so glad I did! I left with one of the best dip manis I’ve ever gotten (the tech even sprinkled extra powder around the edges of my nails so there were no empty spots) and on top of that they stayed open past closing time to take care of me. They had so many color options and I’m so happy I randomly popped in.

I came here with about an hour time limit to do my eyebrows, mustache, shellac Mani & a pedi. They got me in & out on time, without an appointment on a Saturday morning. The quality of their service was excellent. Still got my feet & hands massaged. Love this family friendly spot. Been here a few times & I'm never disappointed.

I happened to be in S. Tampa area when I typically go to Palm Harbor to get my nails done, so I thought that stop in and see how well of a job they would do. The salon seemed clean, fairly new, and very spacious. I'm not going to lie, there massage chairs are the best I've ever been on. I decided to go for a very short nail look with acrylics. I typically get long coffin shaped, with designs etc. I also got a gel toe Polish. The girl doing my nails, Quinn, was very nice. However, when I went to pay and they told me I owed $70 I was floored. They charged me $50 for this tiny nail shape

I decided to try Plush because I heard that one of my fave nail techs from another salon had opened it. I know she's amazing, so I had no doubts my experience there would be great!
The salon is absolutely beautiful and spacious--I love the calming colors and modern feel. The pedicure chairs are some of the nicest I've experienced and all brand new. I opted for the lime pedicure and it was very relaxing and very involved...you definitely get your money's worth from it!
I also had a gel manicure. There were plenty of colors to choose from and the shaping was exactly what I wanted
