I initially contracted with Dustin to replace my rotten porch columns and railings, replace a French door with a sliding door and identify and repair two areas where we had water intruding into the house. Also, while he and his crew were here I asked if he would replace all of the exterior window trim which uncovered a very long list of unexpected prior workmanship issues that I won’t get into in this review. But let’s just say that the prior workmanship issues were the cause of the two leaks and caused more damage than we expected. But by the end of it Dustin and his crews completed all of

I highly recommend Dustin Wells Construction for any kind of construction project. Dustin has done 2 small jobs and a total kitchen remodel for me. Dustin is honest, and he communicates clearly throughout your project. His subcontractors show up on time, work until the job is done, and then clean up. Dustin checks in in the morning to be sure the subcontractors know what they need to do, and then he comes back in the afternoon to make sure everything has been done right. Dustin and his team helped us with demo, Sheetrock, and trim work on our major kitchen remodel project. Dustin has been very responsive and accommodating to help keep our project moving with a very hectic and chaotic construction schedule with a lot of moving parts. Dustin’s team provided high quality work and has held our satisfaction first and foremost. Dustin has an excellent eye for detail and highly skilled trim carpenters which was very important to us.
