Call us before you buy your land. Over the years we've worked with clients who came to us after they bought their land. Unfortunately all land is not good land and the cost to develop a parcel can squash your budget in New York minute. It is so important to have a feasibility study done before you close the deal and Andersen Homes will provide you with a clear understanding of land development costs.
It is with extreme pleasure that I am able to recommend Mike and Abbie Andersen of Andersen Homes as the contractor for your dream home. I have had the pleasure to work with Mike and Abbie on both spec homes and custom homes. They provide a team dedicated to every detail of the home from the initial home design to selecting the finish material.

It has been the greatest pleasure working with Trident homes. Fantastic experience from the ground up. Wonderful to work with, communication is honest and clear, small changes to the custom home as you take it from paper to reality have been accepted, reworked and handled with a professional outcome. Costs have been true, deadlines kept. There is no way to find a better builder in the county! Thank you for fine, fine craftsmanship!

I have built 2 houses on Bainbridge Island with Kitsap Trident Homes, the first one with Jim Ingalls, the second with his son, Justin. They were both great to work with. The thing that stands out for me is they are good communicators, and were very timely in notifying us when costs varied from the original specs, or when there were delays in schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very stressful and unpleasant experieence. We hired these people to build our custom home. We were very disappointed! They seemed very honest and nice when we signed on with them...But they weren't. They were more like wolves in sheeps clothing. They were actually one of the highest bids we had but we figured since we spelled everything out down to the hinges on the doors we should be good and not have any cost over runs. Boy were we wrong! Even though the owner, Jim Ingalls, said the quoted price would include "everything we asked for exactly as specified in the spec sheet"
