We purchased a Parata Pass 208 and like the machine. Sales rep and set up were great. Parata financial, however is horrible to deal with. They hadn't received a payment one month and I got harassing phone calls every day while on vacation in San Francisco. I told the rep/bulldog, I would check on it when I got home in 5 days. He keep calling, saying you didn't really send the payment did you? They cut off our ability to order supplies for the machine so we couldn't take care of our accounts properly back home. And all this was over 1 late payment, we were not 6 months behind. Fortunately, I had
