So far in our process, Macatawa homes has had AWFUL communication. We have been reaching out since end of June of 2021, and had a few responses from Bruce with excuses of why they have not started/contacted us, then no responses since August of 2021. We have called, texted, and emailed both Matt and Bruce as well as having 2 appointments that were a no show by them. So far NOT impressed with how unprofessional they have been. Should things change, I will update my review. Proper communication goes A LONG way.
