I went in for a gel manicure and they gave me a regular manicure. They told me because I wrote Gel Nails on the sign in form that's why they got confused. I paid the difference for an actual gel manicure and the job that was done was done well, but the manager (?) at the front was rude to me and tried to make it seem like the mistake was my fault. She talked down to me in a condescending tone to explain To me I didn't even understand the service I was asking for. So i looked up nail salons in the area and based upon the services offered, chose this salon and made an appointment. My first time treating myself to any pampering since having my baby. I arrive on time, the technician isn't ready but will only be a few minutes, great no problem. I pick out my color while waiting. First color choice, the do no have despite it being an option to choose, okay no biggie again, choose a close alternative. Getting a mani and a pedi the young lady takes me to the manicure station and asks if i have a picture of what i want. I show it her and she says she cannot

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. This owner is the definition of unprofessional. I used to work for her and she fired me off circumstantial at BEST information. She forgot to tell the tech which pedicure I chose so I got the wrong one. I walked in expecting a relaxing afternoon complete with a 15 minute hot stone massage which I failed to receive. Then the tech painted my nails awful and had to redo them. Then when I went to leave I got this as a result!!! Horrible service. I have been going to this salon for about 3 years. Over time the service has started to decline. Today I went for a mani-pedi. The technician seemed to be in a hurry and I had to point out to her that she has missed a couple of steps. I paid before I had my nails polished so imagine my surprise as I was leaving when one of the receptionists called after me to ask if I had paid. Yes I did. Of course the entire salon could hear her question to me.. No worries I won't be back.

Aesthetically pleasing salon. The girl who does my nails does a great job. But they overcharge and nickel and dime. For example, I was charged an extra $5 for gel polish removal on my toes, even tho I got the gel pedi done there. Not sure how else I would get it off/ get a new pedi without having it removed. My biggest concern is that I have had an issue with payment twice and I don't think it is any coincidence. My card was swiped for an extra $100 over my total the first time, despite the fact that the correct total was on the itemized receipt that was presented to me for payment. I caught

John did my nails and did not do the color I asked for. I, of course did not realize it was not right. He was very rough and extremely fast. Two of my gel polish nails chipped within 3 days. I was charged $10 for the fix! The best part is that when I asked for my color when I went for the fix, strawberry margarita, the girl got the color right! Now I have 2 different colors!
Won't go back as I believe John pulled a fast one on me the first time with the wrong color and the fact that they chipped so fast and then charged for the repair!!

I LOVE Vicky! She is seriously the best nail tech ever and she knows what she's doing. She always explains what she's doing and why her technique may be different from other people. I've been going to her for a year and I will never go to anyone else unless one of us moves. Kayla at the front desk is also bomb - absolutely love her! I feel like I'm more so going to hang out with my friends than go to a nail salon when I come to Vox, while I only go to Vicky, I know a lot of the staff just from talking to them!

I love going to VOX to get my nails done. I've been going for about 4 months now. It's super clean the staff is friendly and Vicky does the best job I see her every time! Tom is fantastic to! Sometimes it's not the establishment that's the issue it's the technician so try a couple out until you find your person!!

I've been to a lot of nail salons and I've paid all the types of prices but I paid $60 for a dip manicure (add on for cuticle removal which is another issue honestly, and the matte top coat) and my dip has a bubble on my right pointer finger and now (less than 24hrs) my dip is cracked on my thumb. I've NEVER had a cracked dip even when I have dip on for 4 weeks. I'm so mad and disappointed for paying $60 for cracked dip and I'll have to get my nails fixed sooner than later. Welp, I made a mistake choosing them, don't do the same.

This was my second time here . The first time my experience was not that great because it was rushed but this time my nail tech was Min he is new to this location and is awesome . There prices are little outrageous but I get the fact that they are going for the luxury / high end nail salon look . However the service is subpar for the prices they charge . I would only come here if you In The area and literally have no other salon to go to !!! . This is owned by the same owners as luxury nails on the ave . My mom, sister, and I went to go and get our nails and toes done on March 14. By the evening on the 14 the nail polish was coming off. We paid a total of $210 to get services done. For that amount I need my nails to last more than a few hours. My mom and sister went back the very next morning and they refuse to fix the issues. Very rude customer service. I really wanted to love this place... The interior is very pretty inside and you can tell that they definitely clean the place up which is what I appreciated and made me decide to come in here after being in the area.

Terrible place service per owner Michele!! Won't honor the coupon I was told to print by the front desk for 20% off. I printed it on 1/17/19 & came in at 5:30pm on 1/31/19. Front desk had to call the manager and ask if they could honor coupon and she stated no despite no expiration date on coupon anywhere!! Very disappointed with this place and only gave it a 1star because there isn't a way to give zero!! They wanted my number and name to have Michele call me when I showed them the coupon showed the date/time printed along with my name phone and email. Needless to say I left &

Just now leaving this spot. My experience was sooo good. Tiffany was great! Got these 9 month pregnant dogs done. They so needed some TLC and she did an amazing job. Even got the ingrown toe nail on the sides (don't judge me). Everyone in there spoke to me and upon leaving everyone said bye. I felt so welcomed. I highly recommend this spot. The music was so relaxing.
