The JMark Inspections team was exceptional. They were able to book a commercial real estate inspection appointment in Spring the day after I called. The real estate inspector was on time, personable and very knowledgeable about his job. He was very thorough and explained what he found in each section of the building inspection as he went, which was then backed up in the property inspection report. We also used them for radon testing which was extremely easy. We will certainly be using them again the next time we need a residential home inspection company. We just bought a second home in Spring TX so that our daughter and grand-daughter could live closer to us. Our real estate agent recommended that we get hire a licensed home inspector for the residential real estate inspection and our neighbor recommended JMark Inspections. Josh and Mark, certified home inspectors, came out and did a very thorough property inspection. The building inspection included a 4-point inspection of plumbing, electrical, hvac and roofing components. They also did a complete pool and spa inspection and we couldn't be more pleased. The inspection report gave us a great overview
