Advancare is currently seeking compassionate, caring, and dependable caregivers who are interested in making a difference in the lives of clients. Working all around Miami-Dade, Advancare's team of professional caregivers provide non-medical in-home care for elderly clients. Many of our caregivers are active seniors themselves who end up developing long-term relationships with our clients.
The team of professional caregivers at Advancare is passionate about providing compassionate care for our clients, and that goes beyond simply assisting with daily living. As dedicated caregivers, we also are proud to provide loving companionship that is vital for both the physical and emotional health of seniors.
The ability to drive is one of the primary things that gives us a sense of freedom and independence, and losing that ability can negatively affect feelings of autonomy. Unfortunately, driving abilities can decline over time, and oftentimes seniors driving can put themselves and others at risk of an accident.

Advancare staff took care of my father from 2013 to his passing in 2016, then took care of my mother till her passing in January 2022. They provided trained, qualified and compassionate staff. I am in the health care field and was very particular about who took care of my parents. I can fully and without hesitation recommend Advancare to help with your loved ones.

Advancare was brought on to help with a sick family member that had undergone surgery and needed 24 hour care at home and a companion while in the hospital.
Gus, Elena and the folks at Advancare came through with flying colors! They were able to provide staffing that was second to none and they were able to staff on short notice.
Everything was great and professional. I highly recommend them and will use their services in the future if it is ever needed..

Wonderful service. Advancare is a great program, that puts caregivers in private homes. So seniors can keep their independence. They are very flexible with times and dates the care givers can be on site. I am very happy with this service. Very professional team , from the top down. Thank you Advancare
