I would like all my staff to go through it. In general, I don't think they get all they need. It puts you in their shoes for a short time, makes you think, it sensitizes us, makes you more caring. I would like all my staff to go through it. In general, I don't think they get all they need. It puts you in their shoes for a short time, makes you think, it sensitizes us, makes you more caring. We are there for our clients every step of the way, whether it is for post-surgery recovery, ongoing home care assistance or management of progressive, chronic diseases that require increasing care over time.
The program has helped me to survive and cope with my severe depressions and to help me cope with everyday problems that come with the depression. It gives me a better quality of life. Our Platinum Care Options private duty program allows clients or their caregivers to directly purchase a personalized program of any of our care services.
I take care of both my parents and haven't had a day off in almost 4 years. The respite five hours a week is such a blessing. It gives me time to run errands and if I have time left over, I take myself out to lunch or go to a park and read a book. Those five hours are a gift of time that I never had.
The program was great! It came at a time when I was at my all-time lowest. The combination of the sessions with your counselors and the service to help my aunt was a tremendous help. They gave me what I needed at the right time. Words cannot explain how valuable United HomeCare was to me. If you are an employer, you probably have more employees who are part-time caregivers than you realize.

Their staff is incompetent and unprofessional. The HHA coordinators do not have the patience to deal with their clients and simply suggest you find another agency in the area. The CEO of this company would not be happy about the service the employees provide to their patients . Not recommending this agency. There are multiple providers in the area which offer better services and options.

TRYING to collaborate with this esteemed and reputable home healthcar service that obviously deals with patients who have orthopedic issues: whether acute injury (falls from bed etc) or simply managing chronic pain like arthritis, OrthoNOW is based in THE same small city of Doral and we should work together for mutual benefit and mainly for that of our patients.

One star since the program will not allow you to post without at least one star... they actually deserve NEGATIVE 100 stars..
WARNING ----Do not use this agency you will regret the time you waste having them perform what little tasks they decide they will complete. This agency and particularly Arcelysis (the case manager) and Mirna (the HCA they assigned) decide when, what and how the job will be completed. Here are a few examples of poor service this organization provided: The HCA decided on the days and time, she refused to allocate the 33 hours rationally - she loaded the hours onto 6 days

No respect for the employees. Aides are paid at the ridiculous rate of $9.15 an hour minus deductions. A company ran by the same mummies, under the same laws as decades ago. Caregivers. Do you expect an excellent service from the aides being paid at such miserable rate? A little bit of common sense would answer this question. Gift baskets used to be full of confetti, with two pencils, an eraser, and a couple of sticky notes stacks.

Love this Company! They value each and every customers and try to accommodate to their financial needs as a family entirely. They not only treat them with respect but they treat them as family of their own. I am proud to work for them, i work behind the scenes in the RCM department, and i see all kinds of issues which they try and resolve for the clients as if they were their own family. They provide thanksgiving baskets and help us go out our way to see how clients live on their day to day basis so we can get a little sense on our clients background. From all companies ive worked for, this is
