Flavorless food and overpriced.
Not authentic, very disappointing.
Not sure how they're in business...
Perhaps because of the passing-by tourism.
Unfortunately, I was drawn to the name "Thai" and the exterior look.
The name of the restaurant is definitely deceiving.
The food is not authentic and the flavors are not even close to its origin.
I ordered 1 Tom yum soup and omg was that bad...
I have never had a bad experience with a Tom yum (almost cried due to the disappointment plus I was actually hungry) The flavor was way off... SMH SMH!
Also, ordered 4 small portions

Had a great to-go experience. Called and ordered for pick up one hour out of town expecting to arrive right before 9pm. The staff made our order perfectly (there were a couple of modifications) and it was hot when we got there. We ate every last bite. We will be back next time we are in Springdale! (Pad Thai-veg/hot, Drunken Noodle-pork, Pho-beef, Chicken Nugs & Fries)

We didn’t have much expectations, but overall our experience was not bad. Our group ordered a Tom Yum soup, Spring rolls, Red Curry, Thai Coco Curry, and a Pad Thai. This restaurant serves decent food (3/5), yet the services are too slow. We waited for an hour OUTSIDE in the snow to get seated, and the food were slow (around 30mins) as they were understaffed. They also automatically applied 18% tips in the bill.

Thai Sapa was a nice little gem in the area right across the street from the Hilton property. We visited on a Saturday night and I would call it an organized chaos of getting a table. Food was delicious but pricey. We had the yellow curry, pho, edamame, and chicken strips/fries. The portions were very small for what you paid. For example the yellow curry came in a small bowl, but was filled with veggies and chicken, not enough yellow curry to satisfy. The kids meal had very few fries and but enough of the nuggets. The pho was just OK, but plenty of good chunks of beef to fill you up. Jaymes our

For a Thai food in Springdale, UT: 5 star, but there can be improvement of course.
We didn't expect anything from the restaurant, because I saw they have things like pho, miso soup, & edamame on the menu. Must be an Americanized pan-Asian cuisine we thought. We only ordered Thai food, and surprisingly, the flavor is very authentic and on point, even better than some of the Thai food I've had in the bay area.
The Beef salad: 5/5, It's sweet, sour, spicy, herby. Beef is tender and well seasoned, everything is good.
The egg roll: 4/5, the size is on the smaller side, but they

Spectacular view and most food items are good. We ordered seaweed salad, a coconut soup(forgot the name), spring rolls, chicken fried rice, drunken noodle tofu and a pho. First 4 came out really well. Drunken noodle and pho was below par. Noodle was too thick and lacking taste. I guess their tofu rice plate is a better option. There are few options for vegetarians so that's a nice add on.

Food: 3/5 - We got the spring rolls, Tom Kha soup (large - split with 4 ppl), Drunken noodles, and Yellow curry. The portion sizes were on the smaller size, and taste of food was decent (not bad at all, but not amazing either). The food did not come hot to the table.
Price: 5/5 - Average Thai place. Our total for 4 ppl for 4 items was ~$80 + tip.
Service: 3/5 - They had many signs up saying they would be slow since they were working at half staff capacity. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, and then they forgot they had seated us so took some more time to get water and for the staff to

Decided on Asian food for dinner so we decided to stop here and grab food to go. The staff who assisted with our order was nice. We ordered a few dishes with extra rice and we were short an order of rice. They also put one order of our rice in the same container as the stir-fry veggie dish which made it sort of soggy due to the liquid form the stir fry. The wonton soup was so so. The broth was basically instant beef pho broth. The pad Thai were okay. The drunken noodle was different from what we're use too but it was also okay. Both the red and green curry were good. The Thai tea were

Just outside zion visitor center, dried their red curry, yellow curry and fried rice and they all tasted real good. Yellow curry and fried rice were the pick though with some real flavors. Tried their fried banana ice cream at the end and it’s something that you shouldn’t miss. Each item will be good for one and dessert at the end is good to be shared.

We stopped at this restaurant for Thai food on our way out of Zion National Park. This place is really good with ample parking available and offers amazing thai dishes with great service. We tried the dumplings, spring rolls, green chicken curry and Veg Curry Fried Rice all of which were prepared really well. The restaurant also offers amazing views of the Zion red rocks and surrounding mountains.

On our first day at Springdale, we came across this place and were excited to eat here. The service was great and the guy bringing food to our table and the host were both friendly. We ordered the eggrolls and vegetable stir fry which were good but the only thing that severely disappointed us was the chicken fried rice as the rice was not cooked properly and chicken was bland.

The peanut sauce was everything. Loved it with spring roll, added with BBQ/ satay, and also the crispy tofu. For vegan or vegetarian people, the size of tofu may disappoint you since it's small compared to most of the places, but the papaya salad and veggie fried rice were tasty! Price is higher, however, the portion of fried rice were good for more than two meals for two people along with side dishes. They don't need to offer Indian finger foods or Japanese miso soup as these aren't Thai. I was happy with the options and feel focusing on just Thai will make things even better.

This is one of the best restaurants to sit down and eat when staying in Springdale. It is pricey just like all the other eateries in the area. What do you expect... you're in Zion! Lol. The only thing that tasted different and I didn't like was the Tom Yum soup. It was lacking that very sour, lemongrass flavor. Tom yum Kai had too much coconut milk. Other than that, their food is good.
I'm from the L.A area and authentic Thai restaurants are everywhere. Thai cuisine is my favorite and I have to say, Thai Sapa does it right.
This place gets very busy so wait time can

Thai Sapa is one of the few asian restaurants in Zion. There were signs saying that there could be a wait since they were understaffed but luckily we got seated pretty fast.
We ordered:
- Pad Thai + beef
Fried rice-noodle dish from Khao San Road in Bangkok with egg, tofu, peanuts, bean sprouts, onions, and spices
- Yellow Curry
Coconut milk, lemongrass, galangalal, served with sweet potato and a small salad -- spice level from mild to extra spicy
- Springdale Stir-fry + chicken
California-style stir-fry and veggie with Thai Jasmine rice
- Southeast Asian Fried Rice + chicken
Egg, peas

This place is right outside national park in Springdale with most tables facing views through their windows. We couldn't wait on Christmas as they were one of the only two places open and it was quite a chaos. But we stopped to have early dinner two days later without any wait.
Oolong tea- could have been steaming hot and was disappointed it wasn't.
Stir fry tofu- quite good with enough portion for one.
Panang curry- it was also good. Only jasmine rice wasn't fragrant it is supposed to be.
Yellow curry- better than panang for sure!
Drunken noodles with chicken- liked them

I just about give this place a 3 star rating. Just because you're located in a tourist town outside a frequented national park and probably the only thai option in Springdale, does not mean you treat your waiting customers poorly.
At freezing temperatures, with a wait list of 30 mins, they suggested that the waitlisted party wait outside in the cold. Why? Because there is no cellular range, so they can't call you. If you can't wait inside due to pandemic restrictions, you can have a buzzer system so that we can at least sit in our cars and the moment the buzzer buzzes, you go to
